I wonder if it would be worth your time building them an actual Virtual Assistant in one of the LLMs? I think ChatGPT would be a particularly good one in this regard, with it's Tasks and Agents features. Just set them up for the person before hand with a good instruction set.
For certain tasks this could work. We actually tried building out a fairly complex agent in a platform called Lindy, but $3k and 3 months later (paying for Lindys team to build the automations) they just didn't work consistently to record calls, take notes, and book follow up calls. The tech will get better for that stuff. But at least that tool wasn't quite there. We also tried to build out a whole process before we'd gone through it a few times, which is a mistake. Gotta do stuff manually before you can automate it.
